Ferrous - Iron based metals that a magnet will generally stick to.
If you have a small amount of ferrous metal (car/truck load) come in to any of our locations and do the following:
- Weigh your vehicle on the big scale at any of the yards;
- A team member will grade the material and give you a grading slip and tell you where to offload the material;
- Re-weigh your vehicle;
- Proceed to the cashier window and present a valid ID and the grading slip;
- You will paid by check or cash depending on the amount (State law allows cash payment under $50.00 and check if over $50.00)
- You will be required to sign the receipt and provide a thumb/finger print;
- Collect your check, ID and receipt.
